Q&A: Organic Meat vs. Organic Vegetables

Question: I have heard that it is more important to eat organic meat than vegetables. Supposedly the body stores pesticides from meats more readily. Is this true? Answer: The challenge, as I see it, is that the meats contain huge quantities of hormones close enough to human to significantly impact our own production in addition to our storing the excesses, and of antibiotics, which weaken the immune system and strengthen harmful bacteria. On the other hand, since most pesticides are estrogen based, they accumulate in the reproductive organs of fruits and vegetables, which includes the seeds. I avoid any commercial produce of which we eat the seeds, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. In the case of organic items, the seeds are actually beneficial for hormone health!
